Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We'll work with our fulfillment partner to review the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must generally be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us.

We'll gladly assist in initiating a carrier investigation whenever possible, although we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow several business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
